My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was absolutely perfect, near the square with fascinating architecture to admire. However, the rooms were quite disappointing, with a swampy smell from the AC and too small for two beds. The price paid didn't seem justified considering the condition of the rooms.

The service at the hotel was simply outstanding. Despite having to deal with a recurring issue, the staff remained extremely helpful and friendly. I even had a personal emergency hospitalization, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease during a very stressful time.
